HR Recruiter

Job Brief: An HR Recruiter at Rubico will require communicating with candidates. This person needs to be highly organized, flexible to change and have a structured approach towards coordinating with the candidates.

Required Skills:
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in HR recruitment which includes Social media posting, Managing candidates database, Communication with candidates, Scheduling Interviews, and Onboarding process.
  • Well-versed with Applicant Tracking System(ATS)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent people management skills and leadership quality
  • Experience in promoting the company on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube
  • Preferred recruitment experience with the IT industry
  • Designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy
  • Update job descriptions for all the positions
  • Sourcing potential candidates from various channels like social media, any other professional platform
  • Communicate with the candidates through emails or other recruitment portals
  • Schedule the interview via phone, Online Conference and in-Person
  • Prepare the monthly recruitment reports.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
