Required Skills:
1+ year of relevant experience in HR recruitment which includes Social media posting, Managing candidates database, Communication with candidates, Scheduling Interviews, and Onboarding process.
Well-versed with Applicant Tracking System(ATS)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Excellent people management skills and leadership quality
Experience in promoting the company on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube
Preferred recruitment experience with the IT industry
Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy
Update job descriptions for all the positions
Sourcing potential candidates from various channels like social media, any other professional platform
Communicate with the candidates through emails or other recruitment portals
Schedule the interview via phone, Online Conference and in-Person
Prepare the monthly recruitment reports.
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
