Recruitment Lead

Job Brief: Being the recruitment lead at Rubico will require a person with strong leadership qualities. This person will be responsible for managing the recruitment team in all aspects. This will include creating new strategies for recruitment, finding new ways to improve lead generation for recruitment, and helping the team complete hiring goals. He/she will also take interviews, and be responsible for job offers, negotiation, onboarding, and training.   

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment and talent management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of designing and implementing overall recruitment strategies 
  • Specialized in sourcing, screening, managing candidate’s databases, scheduling and taking interviews, salary negotiation, dispatching offer letters, onboarding candidates, as well as mentoring interns & new joiners.
  • Skilled at sourcing candidates from different job portals
  • Strong people management skills and leadership qualities.
  • Experience in promoting the company on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Good content writing skills



  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage, to offer.
  • Evaluating candidate’s skill level and driving the interview and offer process including reference checks and salary recommendations.
  • Create comprehensive job descriptions according to the team’s specifications. These will be presented to the candidates and posted on job boards and internal gateways.
  • Manage the new joining formalities and induction program.
  • Recruitment and selection, training and development, joining and exit formalities, database administration.
  • Communicate with the candidates through emails.
  • Prepare monthly recruitment reports.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
