Once you fill in all the required details and submit your CV along with that, your candidature is sent to the HR team. We will have a look at your CV and determine if your CV has all the details necessary to consider your candidature. Once your CV is through the ‘screening’ process, you will get a call from our HR team where they will ask for your basic details and evaluate you on your experience and/or communication skills. If you fulfill all the requirements then we will ask for your availability for further rounds of interviews.
Generally there are three rounds of interview after your telephonic discussion with the HR team; Technical round, Techno-managerial round and an HR discussion. All of those rounds will be conducted if you have cleared the previous one. But in a few rare circumstances, you can be provided with ‘tasks’ or get called for ‘machine test’ on-site before the techno-managerial discussion depending upon your experience and the profile you apply for.
Usually it takes around 5 – 7 working days after your first call with the Rubico’s HR team to complete all the discussions but in some cases it might take up to 10 days for the same depending upon availability of the interview panel.
Yes. It is mandatory to appear for the technical interview as we need to understand your level of competency and check if all the parties are on the same page about your experience in the defined skill sets.
A discussion where you’d be sitting with the leaders of the domain you’re applying for and they’d be attempting to understand your current roles and responsibilities and how’d you fit in our requirements. Also, this will help you understand the role you’re applying for in a better manner.
The usual time to give the feedback from our end is within two days. You will be informed over call or mail. In case of Face-to Face discussion, we might tell you the feedback on the spot. However, in a few cases it may take a couple days more depending on the availability of the panel who took the interview.
If you’re not having a technical background and you’re not applying for the same then the questions will be according to your skillset and your past experience. Basically, you’ll be tested on the technicalities of your domain.
If you’re a fresher and are willing to work in a specific technology then we expect a basic understanding and knowledge of the technology from you. Also, we require a good communication skill along with ability to learn quickly. If you are unsure about the technology in which you want to work then we’d suggest you to take some time and explore a few technologies on your own and then apply with us for your tech of choice.
No, right now we do not provide cab facilities to employees. They have to arrange their conveyance on their own.
Currently we do not work in night shift but some roles require 24X7 availability and answerability to clients.
