Required Skills:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in web content creation, copywriting, and content strategy for B2B brands.

- Landing pages
- Paid ad copy
- LinkedIn content
- Email campaigns
- B2B marketing content
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or B2B services marketing
- Ability to write for different audiences and adapt tone/voice accordingly
- Native-level proficiency in American business English
- Strong understanding of buyer psychology, hooks, and conversion-focused messaging
- Ability to produce high-quality content consistently under deadlines
- Comfortable receiving and implementing detailed feedback
- Experience with:
- Google Docs and standard writing tools
- WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- LinkedIn content workflows
- Project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com
- Familiarity with AI writing tools, such as Claude, while maintaining independent writing quality
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with Figma for collaboration with design teams
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaign structures

Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize landing page copy for paid campaigns and ICP-specific initiatives
- Create paid ad copy for Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop LinkedIn organic content aligned with marketing strategy
- Write lead magnets, downloadable assets, sales collateral, and marketing content
- Create email sequences for nurture campaigns, outbound campaigns, referrals, and sales enablement
- Support outbound marketing initiatives with targeted messaging, one-pagers, and campaign assets
- Collaborate with the design team on creative briefs, landing pages, and marketing assets
- Incorporate feedback efficiently through iterative review cycles
- Conduct audience, competitor, and industry research to strengthen messaging and positioning
- Maintain consistent brand voice across multiple ICPs and marketing channels
