What happens when I submit my CV on the website? Accorion arrow icon

Once you fill in all the required details and submit your CV, your candidature is sent to the HR team. We will have a look at your CV and determine if it has all the details necessary to consider your candidature. Once your CV passes the ‘screening’ process, you will get a call from our HR team where they will ask for your basic details and evaluate you on your experience and/or communication skills. If you fulfill all the requirements then we will ask for your availability for further rounds of interviews.

How many rounds do I have to go through? Accorion arrow icon

Generally there are three interview rounds after your telephonic discussion with the HR team; Technical round, Techno-managerial round, and an HR discussion. All of those rounds will be conducted if you have cleared the previous one. But in a few rare circumstances, you can be provided with ‘tasks’ before the techno-managerial discussion, depending upon your experience and the profile you apply for.

How long does it take to complete the process of hiring? Accorion arrow icon

Usually it takes around 5 – 7 working days after your first call with the Rubico’s HR team to complete all the discussions but in some cases it might take up to 10 days for the same depending upon availability of the interview panel.
